Do I need an existing website?

No. Profile Studio is for creating a WebsDocs-hosted business profile. If you already have a website, you can submit it through the Directory listing flow.

Does saving this form publish my business?

No. Saving starts your request. Continue to secure Owner access and complete the required review steps before publication.

Which email address will customers see?

Your account email is used for Owner access. Only the public business contact details you choose to provide are intended for your published profile.

Can I add products, services and offers?

Yes. Use the Products & offers section to add descriptions, prices, links and offer conditions. These listing details do not create a checkout or payment service.

How do I add photos?

During setup, upload logo, cover and gallery images directly from your device. Existing public HTTPS image links remain available as an optional advanced method.

Will the published page look exactly like this preview?

The preview updates with the public details you enter. The published layout may differ. A preview is not proof that a profile is published or verified.

Are my unfinished changes saved when I close the page?

No. Switching sections keeps your entries on this page, but unsent changes are not saved across refreshes or closing the page. Finish and save your request before leaving.

Can I submit on behalf of a business?

You must be the owner or an authorized representative. Select your role and read the submission declaration before accepting it. Additional evidence may be required.

How do the Directory and hosted profile connect?

The Directory holds the business identity record. The hosted profile provides a public page for the business. They remain connected through the setup and review process.

Where do I manage my saved request?

Continue through the Owner access link shown after a successful submission, or open Owner login using your account email.

Authority to submit

I am the business owner or an authorized representative. I have permission to submit these details and request a hosted profile on behalf of the business. My account email is for Owner access and is separate from the public contact details.

Accuracy and updates

To the best of my knowledge, the business details, prices, availability, offers and other statements I submit are accurate and not misleading. I will correct inaccurate or outdated information through the Owner workspace.

Content and image rights

I own the submitted content or have the permissions needed to use it, including photographs, logos, product information and personal contact details. I authorize WebsDocs to store, format and display that content to operate the Directory listing and hosted profile. I retain my rights in the content.

Public information and privacy

I understand that the fields marked as public may be visible to anyone after publication. I will not submit confidential information or another person’s private details without permission. WebsDocs processes my account and submission details according to its privacy policy.

Review and verification

Submitting this form creates a request, not a published or verified business. WebsDocs may request evidence, review content, decline publication, or restrict or remove content that violates its terms. This declaration does not itself prove ownership.

Business responsibility

The business remains responsible for its goods, services, prices, customer commitments and applicable legal obligations. A hosted profile does not make WebsDocs the seller or an endorsement of the business. No particular ranking, traffic or sales result is promised. Nothing in this declaration excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Electronic record

By selecting the declaration checkbox and submitting, I confirm these statements and agree to the linked WebsDocs terms. WebsDocs will retain this declaration’s text and version, my submitted name, role and account email, the submission reference and the server receipt time as a record of this submission.
